Pricing:

Custom cookies start at $50 per dozen this will vary depending on the order intricacy, number of designs, colors etc. Please reach out to me with questions for specifics.

Payment Due:

You pay, I bake! I require prepayment to book all orders!

Refunds:

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news - you get the cookies!

Pickup Dates and Times:

Pick up Dates are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I often have bulk pickup dates to accommodate most schedules - so put that cookie pickup in your calendar!

Order Change Cutoff:

Decisions are tough! But we're here to help. Order changes can be made until 1 week prior to pickup date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.

Inspiration:

Thanks a ton for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring, but your cookies may not be perfect replicas - I'll try to keep it close.

In a hurry?

While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee of 20% of order total.

Price Adjustments:

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old flour prices - 🤣).

Product Photography:

Say Cheese! I create replicas of client orders to photograph these sweet lookin' sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Copycats:

Copyrighted images (think Star Wars and Mickey) are protected, and I won't be able to replicate them baked goods (who wants cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though - so let's talk!

Pictures are worth a thousand words:

But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 in cookie)

Once you pickup your order what happens to your treats is all on you! Keep 'em safe & keep 'em cool.

Achoo! Allergies?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for you!
